Not Today, 2026.

2026 is a year for everyone to discover the truth. To discover, come together, and want something better for not just themselves, but for each other and their posterity. Me included.
I can’t even begin to put into words how scared I am for myself, my family, my friends, and even random people I meet. I wanted this year to be something people can conquer. I wanted to conquer my goals and accomplish them, for things to get easier.
But it hasn’t.
In some respects, it has though and I have to take solace in that.
It could have been worse.
Despite my fear, I feel like great things and opportunities is still a thing that is achievable this year. Yes, even with what is happening in America and other parts of the world. Chaos always reigns when the death of an old concept is about to happen.
I believe that.
I have always known myself to be someone who is calm under pressure. Inside I’m an anxious mess that is floundering but outside? I take a deep breath, slow down, and focus on the task that needs my immediate attention. So I’m gonna do that.
I’m going to tune out unnecessary noise and focus on me.
Take it one day at a time.
